Sadly, China has a vast number of issues that NEED to be addressed before “growth” … such as air, land, and water pollution. There is certainly “growth” opportunities in moving to fix China’s environmental issues. China, as all emerging markets, needs to take a look at implementing the US Code of Federal Regulations that established the US Environmental Protection Administration … and implement their OWN version.
